Dear Leadership of the Republican National Committee,

On behalf of our team, I respectfully submit this invitation for your consideration of Marietta, located in Cobb County, Georgia, as a host site for the 2028 Republican National Convention.

Before We Talk About Space, We Must Talk About Truth

JD, Jon, this is a must if you and your bases are true Americans. Why? Those who oppose the space tax are not Americans, because the premise of our homeland safety is American. Whether or not you comprehend technical dangers is irrelevant, I do, and I am warning there is a clear and present danger for electronic war devices, and a small probability, that even nuclear devices can be launched over our heads, to await detonation, or usage of the payloads. My solutions will fingerprint everything private companies send into our orbits.  

Therefore, my companies’ solutions are our American saving grace. 22 Georgia sons and daughters died while I was serving in the Afghanistan war implementing hi tech solutions which will not be shared here. I have a larger record of cryptographic and satellite work using certain networks to secure communications dealing with the trident missile system — which is American premier nuclear defense arsenal. I have worked with the FBI, Marines, Navy, DHS/Coast Guard and more. 

Therefore, it is me a decorated war hero who gets to declare, peacefully and humbly with logic only, if you are an American, and not a spy you will tax all space companies and start the federal legislation before your DNC and GOP campaigns announce your pursuit of the White House, not after. Of course President Trump and Elon Musk will oppose, but our nation is larger than one immigrant (being investigated now for elections interferences,) who is our guest (Elon), and larger than one former Democratic Party member President Trump, (who I helped put in office) and who has raised our national debt after saying he had solutions, Mexico never paid for the wall he said they would pay for, he failed to fix the unemployment data records which stops counting Americans after they are ineligible for unemployment benefits, and although he keenly pointed out the problem in trusting unemployment measures, after gaining power he has NOT used his power to remedy the solutions many of us trusted he would fix simply, instead he has used White House power and influence to further wealth to himself and family via crypto launches of a meme coin, a stable coin, and interfere with markets quarterly along with Elon via their social media tweets. They point out processes of failure but where are their solutions? Again, Trump pointed out issues I recognized with unemployment data, but yet he did not solve these. We have a long memory America, and many of you know the exact speech, which is on YouTube, where he talked about the U.S. abandoning war machines in foreign countries. In addition, Trump and Elon both shilled us Bitcoin a coin made by Satoshi Nakamoto who is obviously not American, and now we know of Epstein’s early interest/affiliation with the unfaced creators, and the cypher punks who circulated Satoshi Nakamoto’s work have a history of interfering with US cryptography (ammunitions laws.) So of course, these top characters — Elon and Trump (President Trump, soon to be former President Trump) will work in concert to oppose good ideas which are for unity.

Again, both invested in foreign made bitcoin which disproportionately impacts blacks with higher electric prices due to data center spreading nationwide. Did you know many are actually bitcoin mining centers? Their non-disclosures prevent you the average public person without technical means to see this truth. Did you know? Trumps family bought a company and repurposed it to mine bitcoin which Bitcoin core team lead says is inflation — meaning it actually debases the U.S. dollar. You never know this before. I have those receipts too.  You are in a new era — which many do not comprehend, but I do. An era of cyber deceit and technology deceit, and our trust has been betrayed time and time again by Elon and President Donald Trump, and more who are in Congress loyal to them both. 

We are in a new era.

Not just of social media with bots flooding the algorithms to push propaganda which impacts stock markets illegally.

Not just of rockets.
Not just of satellites.

Not just of Ai which changes votes, as they did in the 2024 elections, and in the Republican on Republican 2026 special elections, and 2026 Democrat on Democrat Primaries. This is not a Democratic Party against Republican Party issue; this is an evil against my God war.  We have united in Georgia for this cause as one —- 1200+ heritages and we march and meet in Georgia this year under concealment and cover of the World Cup which Atlanta welcomes. We are many, we are in all parties, we are one — and our servers are in Georgia and impenetrable, because they are housed on Dobbins Air Force Base, in Marietta, Georgia. So come and get us cyber criminals if you dare. We have something new to track and report you.

We are at spiritual war JD and Jon, and you the reader — but trust my God always wins.

We are in a new era. Again…

Not just of nuclear missile technology and ICBM reach.
Not just of satellites which can knock out our power grids. 

But of decisions made at speeds faster than human understanding.

In this new era, the greatest risk is not technology itself.

The Old Model Is Failing

For decades, we have operated on a fragile assumption:

“Trust, but verify.”

But in space, this model breaks down.

Why?

• narratives can be shaped

And by the time truth is discovered—

it may already be too late.

This creates a dangerous question:

To close this gap, I propose a simple but necessary step:

A global space tax dedicated to verification and proof infrastructure.

This is not a tax for control.
It is a fund for truth.

What This Fund Would Build

The fund would support the development of:

• records space activity

• verifies it across multiple sources

• stores it immutably

• makes anomalies visible

No single entity controls it.
No single narrative defines it.

2. Independent Verification Networks

• Ground-based tracking systems

• Space-based observation satellites

• Multi-nation sensor integration

All feeding into a shared proof layer.

3. Immutable Recordkeeping

Using systems like Hedera Hashgraph, every observation is:

• time-stamped

• hashed

• permanently recorded

So that truth cannot be rewritten.

4. Real-Time Risk Detection

The system would flag:

• mismatches between claims and behavior

• unusual orbital patterns

• unexplained movements

And record them for all authorized parties to verify.

Why a Space Tax?
